I had the honor of speaking at the St. Augustine Women's Empowerment event in Delaware, where we addressed the critical issue of domestic violence. The event was part of a larger Book Festival held at the Ritz Theater, celebrating Black History Month through powerful storytelling and community engagement. It featured an inspiring mini skit performed by the cast, which highlighted the resilience and strength of those affected by domestic violence. Together, we fostered a space for awareness, healing, and empowerment, reinforcing our commitment to support survivors and promote a safer community for all.
